I hate those people who rely on the time limit to win, but I usually just quit after seeing that. I won't entertain a match to a guy who's only going to do so much damage and then run away til time runs out. That being said, both these guys are annoying. If he didn't want to lose to a scrub, he shouldn't have fought him. Check the rules on the sidebar before joining the match.
